Shipping & Policies

UK Orders: All items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery Service. Your item will be dispatched within 7-10 working days of payment being received. Royal Mail First Class service aims to deliver the next working day. All shipping fees are paid by the customers and will be added to their cart once a delivery address is given.

International Orders: All items will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard Service. Your item will be dispatched within 7-10 working days of payment being received. Royal Mail International Standard Service aims to deliver between 3 to 7 working days. All shipping fees are paid by the customers.

Buyers are responsible for any custom fees incurred.

Payment: Accepted payment method is PayPal. All ordered items should be paid for in full in cleared funds before despatch.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items delivered to the customer should be inspected immediately on receipt. If the customer is in anyway dissatisfied with the item they must contact Vicky Saragouda Design within 48 hours providing details of the order and the reasons for their dissatisfaction.

Returns: Returns must be made within 7 working days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all tickets and tags attached.

Refunds: We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, as long as we received your initial purchases in their original condition, unused and unworn with all tickets and tags attached.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us.
